Our fourth ESG Matters topic is ‘Stress Awareness’, ran by our Senior Sales Consultant for Rail, Graham Carson. Graham lead a really interesting presentation on the causes of stress, the mental, emotional and physical symptoms, as well as lots of ideas for reducing stress in our everyday lives.
